Human resources workers are spending more time in the office

Nearly nine out of 10 (88%) of HR staff have recorded an increased workload, with 25% saying it is the equivalent of an extra day a week, but 94% are still happy in their roles.

The study by multi-sector recruiter Badenoch & Clark, found almost a third of HR professionals, who have handed in their notice, put rising workloads as the reason.
