HR Retail Circle members share recruitment best practice, says O'Halloran

Recruitment is a “very important” aspect for the members of the rebranded HR Retail Circle, according to Esther O’Halloran, HR director at PAUL UK.

O’Halloran told Recruiter at its AGM and Christmas networking event last week that the group ensured the HR professionals had a platform to share best practice among the many retailers and retail hospitality companies that make up the membership of the HR Retail Circle.

The group was originally formed in 1991 as the Central London Retail Personnel Group (CLRPG), including such retailers as Russell & Bromley, House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis. Since then the group has expanded to 70 members, including retail hospitality companies.
