HR is increasingly looking to candidates’ psychology qualifications to drive business performance, according to David Mason,international talent acquisition director at global engineering services company CH2M Hill.

Mason told Recruiter: “We are starting to see skillsets that were non-existent five years ago. There is increase in people with HR and psychology qualifications and organisational effectiveness.

“There is more research into individual worker effectiveness and performance. HR is looking to the psychology profession to contribute to how we train leaders, develop individuals and produce better performance.”
