The Institute for Employment Studies today releases a practical and user-friendly Workforce Planning Guide for HR practitioners and managers.

The guide highlights the importance and relevance of workforce planning for all organisations, both large and small. It also helps organisations effectively manage change – both planned and in response to the shifting business environment.

The guide can be accessed through the Institute’s website www.employment-studies.co.uk for a fee of £20 and is also available as a hard copy.
