HR recruiter HR Go has announced the re-organisation the shareholding structure of some of its joint ventures.

From 1 January 2009, all shareholdings held in HR GO named trading companies within the group will be move over to a new company, HR GO Recruitment.

David Simons is the managing director of HR GO Recruitment, while Paul Burbidge is sales director.

Elsewhere former marketing assistant Gemma Parnell has been promoted to group marketing co-ordinator.

Parnell will co-ordinate all group marketing activities and project management for the HR GO Recruitment brand and its specialist recruitment services as well as initiating new marketing strategies to promote the new branding.
