The centre will bring together experts from the globe to work with top HR directors to overcome issues facing senior HR specialists.
The Centre’s experts will deliver networking opportunities and work with HR Directors from some leading companies on strategic, bespoke projects and provide members with a whole raft of data to support decision-making at senior levels.
HR directors from Royal Mail Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Vodafone, Hansons, The Britannia Building Society, McDonalds, Shell, Cooperative Financial Services, North West Development Agency, NG Bailey and United Utilities have been invited to join the centre.
Chair of Centre Tony McCarthy, Royal Mail Group director, people & organisational development, says: “People are at the heart of every organisation and their development is key to improving business performance. The centre will be focusing on offering research and solutions for HR directors across all areas of people management, especially in strategy, leadership, change, performance measurement, employee engagement, outsourcing, talent management, resourcing, and stress management."
The centre will run a number of events focusing on individual HR directors’ needs.
