Hot 100

Hot 100 out on Wednesday

This year’s Hot 100 recruitment agencies has been compiled by Recruiter magazine, with a number of new companies breaking into the top 10.

The list, from business intelligence consultancy Agile Intelligence, compares recruiters by a ratio of gross profit per employee.

Roy Dungworth, director of IT recruiter and Hot 100 employer Modis International, told Recruiter the company’s efficiency was down to its focus on high margin business.
“We have a big push on new and high-profit business, rather than account management business.”

The full list and further analysis is available in the next edition of Recruiter magazine on the 15 October.
