I work from home and, having spoken to people within the industry, would highlight that there are people who like to work from home and people who don’t. The main thing about working from home is not having the environment office-based employees are used to, and adapting to the difference is a real test. The issue for companies in allowing people to work from home is more around the difficulty of staff management and trust of employees.
