Moving beyond a silo mentality to build connectivity across organisations will be explored at a conference hosted by the global recruitment and employer branding consultancy Bernard Hodes Group in May.
The challenge of Silo Syndrome has become a key issue for post-recession corporate Britain, and the 24 May event will examine why the Silo Syndrome is still prevalent and what businesses are doing to tackle it.
Speaking at the event in what will be her first conference engagement since assuming her new post will be Carolyn McCall, chief executive of easyJet and former CEO of Guardian Media Group.
Joining McCall in the speaker line-up will be Hugh Morris, managing director of the England Cricket Team, who successfully bridged the gap between the England Cricket Board and the England set-up, and steered the England team to back-to-back Ashes victories in 2009 and 2010-11.
Other speakers will share their experiences of how their approach to managing silos has enhanced the performance of their organisations and delivered genuine value.
