Live Connect from US software developer HiveLive aims to put companies more closely in touch with employees and customers, and in doing so help to attract new talent. The platform enables organisations to build online communities or ’hives’ based around people, their relationships and shared knowledge.

HiveLive’s Greg Schneider told Recruiter that stage one sees companies setting up employee communities, with stage two being where your employee community invites friends into the careers area from outside the company.
