Hexagon issues revised HMRC update

Interim management and executive search firm Hexagon Human Capital has issued an update on its revised payment schedule with HM Revenues & Customs.

The statement says that further to the announcements made on 2 and 24 December 2009, in which Hexagonoutlined its outstanding liabilities to HMRC, the firm confirms that discussions remain ongoing with HMRC with a view to agreeing a revised payment schedule.

Hexagon says that it remains in discussions with Barclays Bank with a view to agreeing facilities appropriate for Hexagon’s ongoing requirements and to repay its current bank indebtedness, adding that its directors are currently reviewing all restructuring options available to the group.
