Hexagon Human Capital suspends trading of AIM shares

Interim management and executive search firm Hexagon Human Capitalhas requested the suspension of trading of its shares on Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Interim management and executive search firm Hexagon Human Capitalhas requested the suspension of trading of its shares on Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

In a statement, the firm said, while the company continues to clarify its financial position, its directors are reviewing all restructuring options available, while HMRC has asked for a revised repayment proposal by 1 March 2010.
