Employers need help to navigate the apprenticeship “minefield”, according to the chief executive of the Employers Forum on Age (EFA).

Denise Keating was speaking following an EFA event held in conjunction with Recruiter magazine in London yesterday. Major employers, including BT, IBM and the Olympic Delivery Authority, discussed issues such as how much employers should be paid to attract talent.
