Shares in IT recruiter SThree have reached another all-time high, following a strong trading statement. The shares have more than doubled since flotation in November 2005. Chief executive Russell Clements has enjoyed a healthy bonus (see upcoming CEO salary feature in Recruiter, 27 June). Prime People, which consists mostly of the Macdonald property business, is also near its all-time high. It has reported increased annual profit. Penna Consulting is also picking up. It had to raise cash last year by selling shares, in a move that saw chairman Stephen Rowlinson boost his stake to 34% (see www.recruiter magazine.co.uk for more on Prime People and Penna results, and SThree trading update).
