Hash Ladha will take up the role of group multichannel director on 1 June with Aurora, the group behind such brands as Coast, Karen Millen, Oasis and Warehouse.

He was hired after being put forward by Spencer Jinks, partner at Hitchenor Wakeford, who was aware that an e-commerce retail marketing expert would help Aurora meet ambitious growth targets.

Ladha was formerly marketing and operations director at Asos, and he has previously held senior positions at New Look and Dorothy Perkins.
