Hays Resource Management (Hays RM), Hay’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division, has been chosen by international application and services provider Misys to provide a three-year onsite RPO solution for North and South Asia.

Accessing its team across the Asia Pacific with onsite personnel in Hong Kong and Beijing, Hays will recruit technical and functional specialists, project management staff, sales professionals and various support functions for Misys.

Matthew Dickason, business director of Hays Resource Management, says: “We plan to maximise the use of Misys’ employment brand to significantly increase direct hiring. In addition, we have deployed online technology that supports direct sourcing, including online applications, talent pooling and integration with numerous local job boards.

“We are also committed to supporting internal mobility objectives, promoting an employee referral program and selectively engaging with specialist external recruiters.”
