Public sector recruiter Hays Public Services has recruited a diverse start-up team for the new Bristol-based Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC).

Public sector recruiter Hays Public Services has recruited a diverse start-up team for the new Bristol-based Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC).

Hays filled 35 positions, from management to support roles, across the many disciplines in the organisation, including planning, finance, IT, human resources, communications, legal, administration and secretarial.

The IPC is designed to streamline the planning process for large national infrastructure projects such as wind farms, power stations and railways to under a year, and has been targeted to save up to £300m each year by a reduction in delays.
