Both company names will be retained for the foreseeable future with any future re-branding being done in consultation with employees and clients.

Jonathan Robin, founding partner at KA, says: “The benefits of combining two highly complementary but non-competing organisations were compelling for all of us from the outset. We are committed to achieving the undoubted advantages we have identified to develop our competitive position and momentum in the marketplace.”

Ken Brotherston, chief executive at GRS Group adds: “At a challenging time for the executive search industry, it is important to be able to deliver even greater levels of service to our clients. This merger makes good on our promise to deliver more to them through our professionalism and deep market knowledge across a wider range of specialisms.”
