French multinational cheese marketer Group Bel has deployed Jobpartners’ ActiveCenter and ActivePlanner products to better monitor the career development of its 1,500 managers across 30 different countries.

Group Bel is to also implement talent management solutions Jobpartners’ e-recruitment module ActiveRecruiter to help streamline its existing recruitment and internal mobility processes.

Agnes de Saint Céran, talent management director of Group Bel, says: “We needed to be able to support strong growth within the group, for which we had to improve the effectiveness of our HR processes.

“Aside from the functionality of the solution, the presence of Jobpartners at an international level was a big factor in our choice, since we needed a partner which had a good knowledge of the specific legal constraints for each country.”
