Newly-promoted global HR director Anna Gibbons outlined the company's vision for the future at a meeting at its London headquarters on 4 June.
Gibbons told the gathering that growth across continents was at the heart of Greythorn's plans for the next couple of years.
Since chief executive Graham Palfery-Smith bought the company late last year, he has added Australian finance specialists WH Recruitment and UK-based Marks Sattin to the Greythorn stable, also from the finance sector.
More additions are set to be announced soon, as Greythorn seeks to grow both organically and by acquisition.
Gibbons told the gathering that Greythorn plans to attack high-value, candidate-short markets and have a steady global pipeline of candidates.
Gibbons did not rule out expanding into more sectors either, saying that Greythorn is looking to build up "a good spread" of specialist markets across the group.
