IT recruiter Greythorn has acquired finance and accountancy specialist Marks
Sattin.
Marks Sattin was established in 1988. It employs about 140 staff.
Greythorn chief executive Graham Palfery-Smith said: “We see a lot of cross-selling potential between the firm and our existing businesses and, for the employees of Marks Sattin, the acquisition will open up a whole new series of career options both in the UK and around the world.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Greythorn is backed by private equity house, Englefield Capital.
Greythorn took over WH Recruitment, another finance specialist, in December 2006.
