Ecologist magazine launches new ethical job board

Environment magazine the Ecologist is to launch an ethical job board.

EcologistRecruitment will provide recruiters and employers the opportunity to post all their environmental job vacancies, and in future, allow access to its database of professional talent that it will build.

The Ecologist is working with recruitment solutions firm Brainhunter to add a fully functional job board service to provide users with access to vacancies and employers to professionals who are committed to environmental and ethical issues and to driving long-term change.

Colin Minto, managing director at Recruiting Technology Solutions, Brainhunter, said: “Quality recruiters and employers need their online talent advertising partners to take more responsibility over the quality and relevancy of candidates they provide. They want premium advertising positioning and do not want their job opportunities buried within a myriad of others of differing quality. In addition, jobseekers want access to relevant and current opportunities and be safe in the knowledge that the release of their personal data is in their hands. EcologistRecruitment, operated in partnership with Brainhunter, aims to deliver against these needs and has a proven track record by powering in excess of 130 CareerSite’s globally.”
