Over a third of new graduates (36%) expect to find a job within three months of graduating, according to a survey by the Graduate Recruitment Company.

One in seven (15%) are even more confident - expecting to fall into something within a month of leaving university.

A fifth (22%) expect they’ll find a job within six months, 15% expect to be in work within a year, and just 13% think it will take more than 12 months to find their first graduate role.
