Recruitment advertising and employer communications agency Genius Consultancy has launched.

The firm has been set up by Janice Rae, Peter Gibbons and John Langford, former directors of HR strategy and communications organisations RAA Sprague Gibbons and TCS Group.

Peter Gibbons, managing director, says: “The Genius approach will centre on highly experienced people providing more intelligent services, from harnessing the full potential of social networking channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook, to identifying opportunities for traditional media savings.”
