South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has been unable to replace two of its four orthodontic consultants who are due to retire, with the positions failing to attract a single candidate, according to Dentistry.co.uk.
In a letter to MPs, chief executive of South Tees Hospital, Simon Pleydell, writes: “We are now concerned that there is little prospect of making appointments in the foreseeable future.”
