Recruitment firm introduces new division in response to customer demand
Recruitment agency Freelancers has launched a new security division in response to customer demand.
Operations director Mike Waterton says: “We were receiving increasing requests to help businesses recruit in the security area, especially since the introduction of licensing. As our consultants are industry professionals we are well-placed to recognise the skills and abilities needed by our operatives to compliment an organisation.”
The security industry has seen a transformation over the last few months. It has an annual revenue of more than £4bn and employs about 500,000 people.
Freelancers is a specialist consultancy providing staff to the construction, driving and industrial sectors.
