Helping ex-military professionals into “all sorts” of opportunities and second careers has helped ForceSelect land the Best Newcomer Agency award at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence, supported by Innovate CV.

At the awards ceremony last week at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, ForceSelect was recognised for a “sustainable” product, which is “difficult to replicate”.
