Flybe recruitment

Flybe is planning a recruitment drive.

Flybe is planning a recruitment drive to attract pilots and engineers to its regional airports. The scheme aims to bring new talent to Southampton, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol where the airline has working airports.

"This process isn't as easy as it sounds. Attracting talented individuals into the regions is not as simple as being based in Heathrow," said Flybe human resources director Simon Charles.

The airline plans to launch a new website in the summer, aiming to move away from it's traditional paper-based method of recruitment.

Flybe currently employs over 3,000 staff at locations throughout the UK, Ireland and France.
