TeleTech Holdings has launched TeleTech@Home, a new UK contact centre service that enables employees to work from home.
TeleTech@Home requires a PC, a broadband connection, a landline phone and a quiet work environment.
Cormac Twomey, UK managing director of TeleTech@Home says: “The flexible service is entirely scalable, meaning that companies are assured of customer service levels during peak times, even if these are outside traditional office hours.
