Nine in 10 companies are unaware of the implementation date for the Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) but 40% of employers are unsure as to how the AWR might affect their business, according to research from supply chain staffing specialist Top Gear Recruitment.

The research also 10% said they were unaware of the consequences for non-compliance.
