Assessment provider FindingPotential is launching a free personality questionnaire along with a series of online assessments to help firms enhance their recruitment and people development activities.

Available to all recruitment industry stakeholders including in-house recruitment departments, recruitment consultancies, job boards, training providers, consultants and vendors of applicant tracking systems and talent management systems, the firm is also developing other free online assessments including a values/motivation questionnaire, a 360 degree feedback process, sifting questionnaires for different job types and verbal and numerical reasoning tests.

Ron Eldridge, formerly of assessment provider SHL and managing director of FindingPotential, told Recruiter: “I have worked in the talent industry for a long time. Billions of pounds are spent on recruiting people in the UK. A proportion of that is wasted due to staff turnover and people arriving and not doing their jobs correctly.

“We are hoping to get people about thinking about retaining and engaging. If we are successful in making people think in a different way, they may come and have a conversation with us on how they can retain and engage people.”

The FindingPotential personality questionnaire is available for free at:
