Financial services professionals expect to earn an additional £4,900 this year, according to research from accountancy and financial services recruiter Marks Sattin.

Financial services professionals expect to earn an additional £4,900 this year, according to research from accountancy and financial services recruiter Marks Sattin.

The research shows finance professionals in the sector expect a 13.5% salary increase in 2011, supplementing an 8% increase last year.

In 2009, the average salary in the sector was £33,700, rising to £36,400 last year – a rise of £2,700 for each employee.
