Study reveals that female executives are increasingly choosing interim management

Interim management is becoming the career of choice for female executives, research from Boyden Interim has found.

It revealed that in the 25 to 39 age group the female percentage of women becoming interims was four and a half times larger than men of the same age group.

The research found female interims seem to find it easier to find regular assignments, with 30% more women in work for over 170 days per annum more than their male counterparts.

They also enjoy greater equality of pay than is typical in the mainstream workplace, the report found.
