Taylor, Recruiter’s cover profile in the next issue, out Wednesday, told Recruiter that her highlight of the three series of the Channel 4 programme so far was helping Shakil, a husband and father who hadn’t had a full-time job in three years and whose family was being supported by his wife on the small office job salary she earned, to rediscover his pride and self worth.
