Execuzen appoints managing director

Specialist financial services search firm Execuzen has appointed Sophie De Ferranti as managing director.

Specialist financial services search firm Execuzen has appointed Sophie De Ferranti as managing director.

De Ferranti was previously head of private wealth management for Carpenter Farraday, a role that involved executive search for international private banking, wealth management, investment management and multi-family offices.

De Ferranti told Recruiter: “I am delighted to be joining Execuzen and to join Adrian Ezra’s team in what is an exciting economic climate. I very much look forward to embracing the challenges that lie ahead in building and leading a successful international private wealth business.

“The cross-leveraging opportunity that an international private wealth division offers will greatly compliment and strengthen Execuzen’s existing global offering within the financial services arena.”

Adrian Ezra, chief executive of Execuzen, says: “As an established global player in the executive search market, expanding our offering to the wealth management sector rounds out our offering very well. The wealth sector continues to see growth and consolidation despite the market downturn and we feel confident in offering a very strong and credible alternative to traditional search firms under Sophie’s leadership.”
