The international executive search firm has appointed three new partners and co-owners, bringing the total number of partners to seven.

The international executive search firm has appointed three new partners and co-owners, bringing the total number of partners to seven.

Evita Lune joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005 and oversees Latvia and Estonia, as well as playing a major role in carrying out management recruitment projects in the Baltics. She is based in Riga, Latvia.

Mona Neagoe also joined in 2005 as country manager, Romania. As well as the Romanian market, Neagoe has carried out successful searches in Bulgaria, Ukraine and Hungary from her base in Bucharest.

Gautier Vasseur has been with Pedersen & Partners since 2003 and has successfully completed over 150 executive placements across Central & Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS countries. He is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
