The Association of Executive Search Consultants has announced a number of new searches won by its member companies.

Korn/Ferry International has been selected by North Carolina Retirement Systems in the US to lead the search for a chief investment officer.

The search will be lead by Korn/Ferry managing director Michael Kennedy.

US executive search firm The Buffkin Group has been retained by Emma, the web-based email marketing and communications service, to lead the search for a chief technology officer.

Craig Buffkin, managing partner in the Nashville, Tennessee office will handle this search.
