Rockpools, one of the UK’s leading executive recruitment and consultancy firms, has this week been awarded Investors in People status, following a successful assessment with its sister company, Pinnacle.

Assessors highlighted the strength of the firm’s culture in relation to the alignment of its business and individual values. The review report stated that the firm “has a clear and successful business strategy based upon outstanding commitment to both clients and employees. This is underpinned by strong shared values of empowerment, social responsibility and innovation.”
