Eversheds advises on Baird Capital Partners’ investment in Nigel Wright

International law firm Eversheds has advised private equity firm Baird Capital Partners Europe on its investment in multi-sector recruiter Nigel Wright Recruitment.

International law firm Eversheds has advised private equity firm Baird Capital Partners Europe on its investment in multi-sector recruiter Nigel Wright Recruitment.

Founder and chief executive Nigel Wright is to stay on at the firm following the investment.

Partner and head of private equity Richard Moulton, who led The Eversheds team, says: “Nigel Wright is a company that has gone from strength to strength despite the financial downturn and will prove to be a valued asset for Baird Capital Partners Europe. Its recent European office openings and the strength of its brand will hold the business in good stead to continue its future international expansion.”
