Energize Recruitment launches training academy

IT, ERP and ICT specialist Energize Recruitment Solutions has launched a new training academy.

IT, ERP and ICT specialist Energize Recruitment Solutions has launched a new training academy.

Building talent in the right mould for the recruitment industry lies at the heart of the academy, according to Gavin Jones, managing director at Energize Recruitment Solutions.

Jones told Recruiter that five graduates have enrolled for three months this month with 10 further graduates expected to enter the programme, which includes classroom-based training and on the job training, in April and July.

“We don’t put the pressure on so they gain a relaxed understanding of recruitment for the first three months and it is quite intensive in getting an understanding of what it takes to be successful in this industry.

“One of the benefits of recruiting graduates is that you have the opportunity to shape them into what you need, so they become part of the culture. Graduates have developed a habit for learning so will seek to continuously learn in the working environment. They are often perceived as a “blank canvas”, open to new ideas, ways of working and experiences.

“We interviewed over 120 graduates to find the best talent for our first intake and I am extremely excited about the future of the Academy”
