Empresaria told shareholders at its annual general meeting that the company had enjoyed a “good first five months’ trading” in 2006 and was confident of meeting investors’ full-year expectations.

It is developing overseas markets and “continues its progress in developing a broadly spread international specialist staffing company”.

It has appointed Armin Preisig, formerly of Vedior, to its senior management team.
