Leeds-based Godloves Solicitors has started an HR Club for businesses wanting guidance on employment issues and a chance to share experiences with others in the HR field.

The Godloves HR Club is the brainchild of employment specialist Michael Morse. He says: “SMEs face a particular dilemma - they lack the budgets and resources of major companies but are held to the same standard. A dedicated and trained HR Manager is not always feasible. The result is someone who may know they are in a minefield but has no map. Waiting until a mine is stepped is a rather poor option. Our HR Club can help supply a map.”

The Godloves HR Club is to be launched on 31 May at the Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Restaurant.
