The UK’s first employment comparison website for employees, companies and recruitment agencies, CompanyExplorers.com, has launched.

It creates a portal for users to rate, review and compare companies and recruitment agencies, as part of the jobseeking process. The website contains independent survey-based data on the best companies to work for across all industry sectors, in addition to comparison data on employment agencies and a comprehensive job board service.

For the first time, individuals are able to independently review and scrutinise the service received from recruitment agencies, in addition to past and current employers. This impartial data is then readily available for users to access.

Steve Kerassitis, director of CompanyExplorers.com, says: “We spotted a gap in the market for an employment comparison website. To date, there are many comparison websites if you are looking to review a hotel or purchase a new insurance product and need to know what suits you best, but nothing available for the activity we spend most of our lives doing: working.  

"We wanted to launch an impartial service that enables people to anonymously review and rate companies and agencies that people can seriously use as part of the recruitment process.”
