EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
Job satisfaction is more important than money, according to a study by business education charity businessdynamics.
The study reveals that 75% of young people, more than ever before, have a clear idea of their future career plans.
Students increasingly know what they want and are relatively confident they will get there, with 31% thinking it will be easy for them to get their job of choice.
David Millar, chief executive of businessdynamics, says: “The majority of young people say they have a clear idea about their future career plans, but for many of them this will not be based on any actual experience of that career, or the alternatives. By introducing young people to the wide range of career options available to them in business, our programmes broaden their horizons.”
