Worker wages to be revealed on new website

A site that discloses how much their colleagues earn is to be launched in the UK, it was announced yesterday.

Glassdoor.com, already established in the US, will allow users to gain access to information on company pay, a firm’s culture and detailed salary reports as well as company reviews.

The site’s founder Robert Hohman told the Daily Mail: “People don’t talk enough about how they can be more valuable. This should help them. Knowledge is power.”
