Wales-based New Directions has launched of a new business structure to divide its business into distinct parts.

The business will have three main operational divisions as part of New Directions Holdings - New Directions Education, New Directions Professional and New Directions Recruitment.

New Directions Education will recruit teachers, classroom assistants, support staff and handle training, while New Directions Professional will deal in corporate and pharmacy. New Directions Recruitment will take charge of social care and domiciliary care.

Chief executive Jeff Tune says: “We see this new business structure as being the perfect vehicle to provide us with solid opportunities to drive forward our already impressive expansion which, over the past eight years, has seen us grow across all divisions by at least 40% every year.”
