E-PPL set to launch jobsite

Coventry-based firm E-PPL is set to launch a new jobsite for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

Coventry-based firm E-PPL is set to launch a new jobsite for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

The new site will target all sectors and sizes of firms and will enable jobseekers to search jobs, create a Facebook style profile, create and upload CVs and apply online for thousands of jobs throughout the UK, as well as accessing help writing their CVs and interview advice.

Firms will also be able advertise their vacancies on a completely ‘Pay As You Go’ basis, buying ‘credits’ rather  than paying monthly subscriptions and annual contracts.

The website is in the final stages of development and is being tested by over 60 Recruitment Companies and direct employers with a full launch planned for 1 March.

Paul Simmerson, chief executive of E-PPL, says: “SMEs are the very backbone of this countries economy and often find themselves forgotten as developers concentrate on meeting the needs of big businesses. Around 87% of the companies we spoke to told us that they find it extremely difficult to recruit the right staff simply down to the costs of advertising and the monthly subscriptions that they face on other jobsites.

“We have specifically developed a site that allows all employers from small family run firms to big business to adopt our flexible ‘Pay As You Go’ packages … the user decides what they need and how they use it.”
