HR search and selection recruiter, Digby Morgan, has been appointed by the Department of Health (DH) and the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (NHS PASA) as one of the suppliers on the commercial resources framework.

The Framework provides the DH and NHS organisations with access to pre-qualified suppliers of non-permanent workers with commercial skills. The Framework will support skills transfer to sustain the development of commercial skills throughout the NHS, DH and the wider system.

Gordon Whyte, senior consultant at Digby Morgan, says: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been appointed as one of the suppliers to the framework.

“We maintain a pipeline of immediately available qualified HR professionals, equipped with the relevant commercial and change management skills to support the DH and NHS organisations in the drive for a new operating model.

“These candidates are experienced interim HR managers often with a combination of public and private sector experience and a track record of delivering efficiencies and transferring knowledge to their clients.”news
