Jerzy Wojciech Czasznicki has resigned as a non-executive director attechnology staffing specialist the ReThink Group.

Czasznicki, known as George Czasznicki, leaves with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.

Czasznicki was appointed a director in July 2008, soon after the firm was admitted to the AIM market in June 2008.
