Summers said HR departments are under increasing pressure to demonstrate a more strategic, value-added role which supports the core goals of the business, and HR transformation projects have become the 'must do'. This has driven a 100% increase in demand over the past four years.
"We have seen an exponential growth in HR transformation initiatives," he said. "Demand is coming from both major organisations and the global consultancy sector."
